Our rum occupies a space near the intersections of spiced rum and botanical gin. spiced rums add botanicals, vanilla and sweeteners. Whereas, our botanical rum begin with an unaged rum base distilled with whole botanicals - similar to botanical-style gins - and then blended with a selection of aged Caribbean rums. There are no additional flavors, colors, or sweeteners of any kind.

TAKOI
The inspiration for our rum derives from the same origin point that our dishes begin at - fresh ingredients that emphasize the bold flavors and that channel regional Thai cuisine. In keeping with this spirit, we choose botanicals that are influenced by massaman curry and spotlight the use ingredients found within the curry paste - fresh lemongrass, galangal, cumin and cilantro stem - in order to provide a vibrant and earthy profile that is accentuated by floral notes of coriander and subtle baking spices. The result is a one-of-a-kind rum that is as daring as our food.
